Eeeeek I still can’t believe it’s 2018?! I posted my 2017 recap post a few days ago and honestly, 2017 was A FAB year for me. So much happened (check out the post here) which just makes me motivated and even more excited for 2018.

Firstly, I’ve created a little blog schedule for the month of Jan. This was something I had always wanted to do to keep myself organised with posts. I didn’t get to stick to this in 2017 and so, this is one of my main New Year’s Resolutions – to stay organised and on top of things. So, here’s a little post with some of my major New Year’s Resolutions for 2018 to keep myself motivated and to accomplish these but also to let you all know what my goals are for 2018.

Okay so I’m definitely not the best when it comes to time management. I procrastinate a lot. A lot A LOT. This year, seeing as it’s my final uni year, I definitely want to follow some sort of a schedule and try and manage my time more efficiently to keep on top of both uni work and blogging. I’m sure I say this every year (whoooops haha) but this year I’d actually like to stick to it and give this whole time management thing a red hot go.


• • • • • • • •  BLOG EVERY TWO DAYS / FOLLOW A SCHEDULE • • • • • • • • 

Last year, I had plans to blog at least every week buuuut as my trips abroad took over, I didn’t get enough time to blog as regularly as I’d have liked. So, this year, I’m planning on making a schedule and sticking to it so I can get posts out on time. So, here’s hoping to pump out posts every two days – fingers crossed! I’d also like to be more consistent with my Instagram posts and hope to grow my following a bit more! Follow me on Instagram here to see what I get up to!

When I’m taking pics for a blog post, it takes me at least a good hour to take pics for one post. And then I’d write the post and then do it all over again a few days after. So this year I’ve decided to plan my time more efficiently and to plan my posts in advance so I can take bulk pics on the days I plan on taking pics just so I’m not in a rush to get things done.


• • • • • • • •  SPRING CLEAN WARDROBE • • • • • • • • 

Okay so it’s technically not Spring or anywhere near Spring buuuut I haven’t had a proper wardrobe clean out in ages and it’s definitely overdue. And while Spring has well and truly passed, I feel like the start of 2018 is a good time to sort out my wardrobe. And who knows, I might even find some clothes I can use to shoot outfit posts with!

More of a health related resolution but I started drinking a lot more water towards the end of 2017. I started out well but then slowly got worse and worse towards the end of December. So this year, I’ve got plans to keep up my water intake and hopefully stick to this. So far so good!
